These Terms of Use are legally binding between You and the entrepreneur WITTY POTTY regarding Your use of the content and services provided by the portal. All content published on the portal is the exclusive property of the entrepreneur WITTY POTTY. Reproduction, duplication, public display, or distribution of the portal’s content in any manner is not permitted without the written permission of the entrepreneur WITTY POTTY.

Rights and Obligations
The entrepreneur WITTY POTTY sells goods in the territory of the Republic of Serbia through the website www.wittypotty.com. Posting information about goods on the website does not constitute an offer from the website www.wittypotty.com to conclude a purchase agreement but is only an invitation to the user to make an offer under the published conditions by clicking the “Buy” button. If the website www.wittypotty.com accepts such an offer from the user, a contractual relationship is established, and the user assumes the contractual obligation to pay for the selected goods.
The user pays for the goods by postal order, in cash, by payment cards, or by another electronic method offered on the website. The entrepreneur WITTY POTTY is not responsible for any damage caused to the user in connection with these payment methods.
For each individual purchased item, WITTY POTTY issues an invoice in the name of the user, identifying them and giving them the right to claim the purchased goods. If the user does not use the purchased goods within the validity period of the promotional offer indicated on the offer itself, the website www.wittypotty.com is not obliged to refund the money to the user, except in the case of exercising the right to unilateral termination.
Goods marked as faulty, used goods, or goods that have not been used but due to the year of production cannot be considered new, will be marked as such on the WITTY POTTY website. For such goods, WITTY POTTY is not obliged to refund the money to the user, except in the case of exercising the right to unilateral termination, but replacement or repair will be made.
Payment for Goods
Payment can be made by payment cards or in cash (payment to the courier upon delivery). Payment to the courier upon delivery can be made in cash or by payment card, as WITTY POTTY cooperates with a courier service that has provided card payment upon delivery.
When making payments and entering payment card information, confidential information is transmitted via a public network in protected (encrypted) form using the SSL protocol and the PKI system. The security of data during purchase is guaranteed by the payment card processor ChipCard a.d Belgrade, so the entire payment process is carried out on the ChipCard pages. During the transaction and exchange of your payment card data, your payment card information is not available to our system.
Transactions will be completed, and the amount debited from your account only when the products are prepared for transport and handed over to the courier service. If payment is not completed, i.e., the amount is not debited from the account within 14 days of accepting your order, the order will be canceled and deleted.
Unilateral Termination
The buyer has the right to unilaterally terminate the purchase agreement within 14 days from the conclusion of the purchase agreement, without giving any reason. By unilateral termination, the buyer is released from all contractual obligations except for the direct costs of returning the goods, which the buyer bears. The buyer loses the right to unilateral termination if the purchased goods are damaged.

COMPLAINT
Complaint procedure:
The consumer may file a complaint by phone, in writing, electronically, or on a durable medium. To be able to exercise the right to a complaint, the consumer is obliged to provide proof of purchase of goods from the Seller, i.e., to provide an invoice, slip, or other proof of payment.
The Seller keeps records of received complaints and stores them for two years from the date of submission of the complaint by the consumer.
Upon receiving the complaint, the Seller will issue a confirmation that it has been received and inform the consumer electronically. The confirmation of the receipt of the complaint contains the number under which the consumer’s complaint was recorded in the records of received complaints.
The Seller, without delay and no later than within 8 days from the date of receipt of the complaint, shall send the consumer a response to the filed complaint in writing or electronically. The deadline for resolving the complaint cannot exceed 15 days from the date of receipt of the consumer’s complaint.
When the authorized person of the Seller determines that the complaint is justified, the complaint will be accepted, and a specific proposal and deadline for resolving the complaint will be provided.
Payment for Goods

Refund
In the event of a return of goods and a refund to a customer who made the payment using one of the payment cards, the refund will be made exclusively through VISA, EC/MC, and Maestro cards or a similar payment method. If payment was made in cash, the refund will be made to the customer’s bank account.
Prohibited Trade, Copying, or Counterfeiting
